I am trying to export and/or do a mail merge of my
Outlook 2002 contacts. While the merge/export does work
for Outlook defined fields, I am not able to get any of
the user-defined fields. The user-defined fields are on

My address book displays my contacts alphabetically based on first name, but
I would like to see it based on last name(as I could do in OL2000 by
clicking on the field header).  Is there a way to do this in OL2003?

I don't like that Outlook "resolves" an email address into a name, then
substitiutes the name for the email address.  I want to see the email address
in the to or from line of the email.
