We are running Outlook 2003 on Exchange Server.
We would like our address book lists to be last name, first name, the same
as our contacts (which is the source for the address book).  How can we make
that change in the address book?

I use a broadband email service at home shared with a few users. I want to be
able to display a different email address in the 'From Field' when I send
email to others - so they dont respond to the incorrect address (ie the one
that is used for the broadband service.

I have copied my outlook data file from my old system to my new one. Now I
can't useit even though it is visable in the contact folder.  Can this be
fixed??

When I try, it gives me an error message saying the contacts list could not
be displayed; but when I look at the Contact list, the names are all there.
What am I doing wrong, and how can I fix it?

my XDA2 recently had to be hard reset. so i did a restore of data from an
earlier date. unfortunately, i accidently synchonised my XDA2 with my PC.
this replaced the newer contact data with my older XDA2 contact data. how can
i undo this? desperately need to solve this...

I defined a custom form that included several user
defined fields.  When my computer crashed and had to be
rebuilt, I realized that while I had backed up the .pst
file, I did nothing to save the form.  So now I have lost

My Contacts are sorted by Last name, but when I create a distribution list it
sorts by First name.

On one system, I'm getting an error message saying that the address book
cannot be opened when a user clicks on the "To..." button in their email.
On another system I'm unable to see my contacts in the address book. When I
try to bind the contacts folder to the Outlook Address ...

When addressing an email the To (CC)  bring up a Select Names dialog. Within
this dialog is "Show Names From" dropdown.  How do I change Outlook so that
this dropdrown defaults to my contacts list?

I have IE open.  When I open a Contact and right click on its Web Page
Address, the web page opens in the same window in IE thereby removing
the contents of that window.
Is there a setting, either in Outlook or IE to force a contact's web
