We are running Outlook 2003 on Exchange Server. We would like our address book lists to be last name, first name, the same as our contacts (which is the source for the address book). How can we make that change in the address book?

I use a broadband email service at home shared with a few users. I want to be able to display a different email address in the 'From Field' when I send email to others - so they dont respond to the incorrect address (ie the one that is used for the broadband service.

I have copied my outlook data file from my old system to my new one. Now I can't useit even though it is visable in the contact folder. Can this be fixed??

When I try, it gives me an error message saying the contacts list could not be displayed; but when I look at the Contact list, the names are all there. What am I doing wrong, and how can I fix it? Vade Forrester

my XDA2 recently had to be hard reset. so i did a restore of data from an earlier date. unfortunately, i accidently synchonised my XDA2 with my PC. this replaced the newer contact data with my older XDA2 contact data. how can i undo this? desperately need to solve this...

When addressing an email the To (CC) bring up a Select Names dialog. Within this dialog is "Show Names From" dropdown. How do I change Outlook so that this dropdrown defaults to my contacts list? Product: Office Outlook 2003 ( 11.5608.5606)
