Using Outlook 2003 Professional.   The Export function does not appear on my
file menu.  How do I export?

I have Outlook 2002.  When I enter local phone numbers without the area code
for a contact, Outlook will automatically put a '1' before the number and the
only way I can get it to go away is to enter an area code.  How do I stop

Is there a way to create contact group name. The group
should include whatever name I'll put there & when sending
mail to that group I should have to enter only 1 "TO" name
(the group).

I have outlook 2002. I recently installed it on a new
computer. I cannot access my contacts through the address
book (when I write new email, for example) There are no
address books and I am unable to create a new address

I would to sent the same e-mail to several of my contact

When people try to reply to my e-mails, the 'reply'
button throws upo an erroneous address for me such that I
do not receive the reply. This address is a mis-spelling

I need to synchronize with my smartphone and it needs to have straight
numbers in the phone number 1234567890 and not (123) 456-7890.  No matter
what I have tried, I cannot get Outlook to not add this formatting.  Has

I wonder if someone knows how to sort the contacts in the "Select Names"

I had to reinstall windows (repair install) and I lost my
distribution lists.  I did save the .pst file, but I
still can't find my contacts or the email addresses of
previous sent emails.  Only a partial list of my sent

I cannot access my contacts through the address book or
from a newly created email. My contacts are still there
under contacts, but when i click on "To:" in a new email,
the contacts shows empty.
