We are currently running Outlook 2003 SP1 on Windows XP Pro. Whenever we try to add a user within the permissions tab to either the Inbox or Calendar, it displays the Global Address List but there is no sign of the Contacts List.

I have created a customized contact form to use however I cannot map the customized form (only the form that is generic and comes with contact). If I cannot map this form ALL the information on the excel spreadsheet has to be manually input with the except of a few fields.

When i receive an email, in the Inbox, as name, i see the one the sender put in is own setting. I want to see the name i put in my adress book for that Contact (the Display As field).

Somehow I can't update changes in a contact e-mail address. Any distribution list that included the old address reverts back to to the old address. Very aggravating. Help, please! Chuck Barnett

I cannot get Reminders that I set for Business Contacts in BCM or Accounts in BCM to appear in the Reminders Window. It would appear to me that Outlook 2003, BCM doesn't monitor these folders, just the Contacts folder.

My Contacts information went into a "personal address book" in Outlook. I read that you should put it into the default address book; but, I do not know how to do this. Any help would be appreciated
