No Contacts List displayed when adding users in Permissions Tab29 Sep 2004 16:01 GMT2
We are currently running Outlook 2003 SP1 on Windows XP Pro.
Whenever we try to add a user within the permissions tab to either the
Inbox or Calendar, it displays the Global Address List but there is no
sign of the Contacts List.

I have created a customized contact form to use however I cannot map the
customized form (only the form that is generic and comes with contact). If I
cannot map this form ALL the information on the excel spreadsheet has to be
manually input with the except of a few fields.

When I begin a new email message and enter a name in the "To:" field,
it autocompletes the name but is not underlined.  When I click on
Check Names I get a message saying Outlook does recognize the the

Somehow I can't update changes in a contact e-mail address.  Any distribution

I had Outlook 2002 installed on a new computer and had my old Outlook
contacts file saved, successfully, in contacts.  When I sent a new email, the
Contacts folder was empty.  I then had Outlook copy the contacts folder to
get the old addresses.  Now there are two Contacts files ...

I saved the csv files of separate lists. I then created
distribution lists, and saved them to a CD as well.

read that you should put it into the default address book; but, I do not know
