We are currently running Outlook 2003 SP1 on Windows XP Pro.
Whenever we try to add a user within the permissions tab to either the
Inbox or Calendar, it displays the Global Address List but there is no
sign of the Contacts List.

I have created a customized contact form to use however I cannot map the
customized form (only the form that is generic and comes with contact). If I
cannot map this form ALL the information on the excel spreadsheet has to be
manually input with the except of a few fields.

How can I add a senders email address to my address book witdout having to
cut and paste?

When i receive an email, in the Inbox, as name, i see the one the sender put
in is own setting.
I want to see the name i put in my adress book for that Contact (the Display
As field).

What will be the best way for synchronizing contact information,
particularly, for changes have been made for existing contacts between two
(or more) systems. PS: I am using Outlook 2003.

I loaded my Office XP Pro (Academic Edition) onto my new
Toshiba Satellite 75-S226 laptop.  I originally acquired
it from Dell for the desktop I purchased from them. When
I loaded it I didn't think about there being problems

Somehow I can't update changes in a contact e-mail address.  Any distribution
list that included the old address reverts back to to the old address.  Very

I had Outlook 2002 installed on a new computer and had my old Outlook
contacts file saved, successfully, in contacts.  When I sent a new email, the
Contacts folder was empty.  I then had Outlook copy the contacts folder to
get the old addresses.  Now there are two Contacts files ...

I saved the csv files of separate lists. I then created
distribution lists, and saved them to a CD as well.
When I drag the distribution lists into Contacts, they
show up fine. But when sending an e-mail using this

I cannot get Reminders that I set for Business Contacts
in BCM or Accounts in BCM to appear in the Reminders
Window.  It would appear to me that Outlook 2003, BCM
doesn't monitor these folders, just the Contacts folder.

I am trying to set up my outlook, so my incoming e-mail addresses

My Contacts information went into a "personal address book" in Outlook.  I
