On Windows XP SP1, Outlook 2002 SP3, Word 2002 SP3.
I discover the next problem as mentioned hereafter. It's comming from the

I imported my contact list from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003 and encountered
the following problems.
I canot see the subfolders in Contacts. The + in the front of the folder
containing the subfolder does not show and the folders and subfolders are all
