I would like to generate specific distribution lists in Outlook based on critieria that has not been met in an excel spreadsheet or Access query. The distribution lists would be used to send followup emails to those who have not met the criteria.

microsoft help procedure does not follow with the choices I have with Outlook 2000 or XP. If contacts won't work with briefcase I would like to move the .pst files to a more available location on my C:drive. ( how would I do that?)

I want to send a message to my neighborhood (i.e. a distribution list) without *displaying* all the names & addresses. I've received emails like that, but I haven't figured out how it's done. Is it possible to do with Outlook? If so, please tell me how.

Hi all... I've searched around Usenet and Google, but can't find out how to do this. Basically, I want to my "File As" settings for Contacts in Outlook 2002 to be "Company (Firstname Lastname)". However, that's not an option provided

WIN XP, Outlook 2002 When composing a new message, to a group of contacts, their email addresses show in the TO, rather than the name as displayed in their contact records. Also, in viewing individual contact records, I don't have the field option

We are sharing an outlook contacts folder which has over 4000 contacts. Recently the folder got corrupt, and all contatcs were doubled. I found the reason: the maximum size of a shared contacs folder is 2mb ... our folder was 3.5mb.
