Public Contacts added to favorites disappears when Outlook 2003 is restarted18 Oct 2004 23:21 GMT2
One of my users has a laptop running WinXPsp2 and Outlook 2k3 sp1.
Outlook is set up to use cached exchange mode.
When I open the public folders, select the public contact list and add
it to his favorites everything works fine.  I can go to the favorites

We've got our Admin setup to share one of the supervisor's contacts.  She
can get to his contacts, but they don't show up in her address book/contacts
list when she needs to create an email message.  Do I need to assign her as a
Delegate to his mailbox?

Is there a way to find all the fields of the Contacts in Outlook ?  I want

Outlook distribution lists are listed by first name.  I'd like to alphabetize
by LAST name.  Can this be done?  My contacts are already alphabetized by

this is annoying!  i start an email and click on the TO ... field to
see the SELECT NAMES window appear.  instead of seeing the entries
from my contacts, i have to go and click on the pull-down menu to
choose CONTACTS instead of the OUTLOOK ADDRESS BOOK.  how can i avoid
