I have 300 subfolders, or may be more, and I don't know which ones are not
checked as "email sub-folder".
Has anyone out there have a program to
check Checking all subfolders as email address books?

   I have about 1200 contacts and most of them list the company name first
followed by the person. Does anyone know how to globally change existing
contacts so they file as follows: 'Smith, John (Smith Widget Co.)'  as
opposed to 'Smith Widget Co (Smith, John)'?

Using Outlook 2003 is there any way to alphabetize "names" in individually
Contact categories?

MS Office 2002(XP)   I have checked the box (under contacts properties) to
"show this folder as an E-mail address book".  However nothing comes up under
"Outlook address book".  What is the correct steps to import the contact's to
the Outlook address book?   Then eliminate the ...

There should be some implementation that will allow me to combine duplicate
contacts already in my contacts folder.

"Tools--E-mail accounts--Directory" Choose "Add a new directory or address

How can I transfer my outlook addressbook from my PC to Outlook on a new
notebook without losing the original addressbook?

When I hit the new e-mail button to compose an e-mail and then hit the "to"
button for my list of e-mail addresses, the alphabetical list changed from
last name first to first name first alphabetical order.  How do I get the
list back to last name first alphabetical order?

"this account or directory type already exists and cannont be specified

In another Outlook (maybe Express) program I could sort the address book by
e-mail address or by name, whichever I wanted just by clicking on the title.  
Can this be done in Outlook?  If so, how?

I keep the master e-mail address book for the office. How can I most
efficiently update the other computers in the office with additions and
corrections? Will correcting the contact card update the address for a person
named on a distribution list?

I want to copy the address book form Outlook Express to Outlook and there is
not an import function in the file menu in order to do that according to the
instructions.  What do I do to accomplish my task?
