OK I needed to move Outlook 2000 from an old machine to a new machine for my wife. I followed the instructions on Microsoft's site to the letter. Copied the .pst folder, outcmd.dat, *.nav, etc. Restored them all to the proper locations under Win XP (SP2). Outlook

Whenever i add try to add a contact to the TO or CC fields of a message from the contacts folder, all that shows is a semi colon. It used to show the users name and then a semi colon. Now for each user i add it just inserts a semi colon into the TO, CC or BCC field. Any idea's ...

My "contacts" appears in last name first order as I want it, but when I press the "To.." button for new or forwarded email the list appears in first name first order. How do I make last name first?

Hi, we're using 2002 English version. I want to mail merge to make some mailing labels that the spouse field. There is no MailMerge option on the Tools menu. Is it somewhere different in 2002?

My probelm is that reminders I set in contact sub fol;ders do not pop up when they are set. I find that when I go to the sub folder in contacts, all of the flagged reminders are now past due and I never saw them. Is there a way to set these so that they will pop up? Also, can ...

My current distribution lists are listed alphabetically by the first name. Is there a way to change the "Display Name" settings so that it automatically lists by the last name? I know how to change the "file as" preferences, but cannot find a setting

When I try to get an e-mail address from my Address book by clicking on "to" I get a message saying "The list address could not be displayed, etc. I can see my contacts but they don't come up to fill the "to" box.
