I received a forwarded contact from a friend but when I open it, it was blank. It looks like there is data somewhere in the file which has an envelope icon but I don't know how to open it. Is there a problem if it was sent from a Mac to a PC version of Outlook?

Using Outlook 2003 I have set the default "File As" order option to be: COMPANY (Last,First) and this does work at the contact record level. But the _display_ of the "File As" in the general contacts windows shows up as COMPANY,

I recently migrated from Outlook 2K to 2003. In 2K, I was able to specify the order I wanted Outlook to use when checking for names, so that it would check my contact list before checking the Global Address list on my network. I have not been able to figure out how to do this ...

If i try to move the scroll bar on the the contacts list or if I select a contact from the list, Outlook Closes - no message - no warning - just closes. What's going on?? Win2k Outlook 2000 SP3

When I open my outlook and try to save a new contact, a box appears saying that the WAB DLL is no longer installed. How can this be ? I no longer have any of my Windows 2000 discs. Is there a way I can get the WAB DLL back ?

When I create a new contact and enter a phone/fax/mobile number, Outlook automatically formats the number with area codes, brackets and spaces. How can I switch this off?

When we compose new mail and click to and look to contacts only the one contacts folder can be seen. I have two other contacts folders -- one contacts, business and once contacts, personal. How do I get the window to "see" the other contacts folders?

I am trying to find a simple way to print a single envelope for a single contact in Outlook 2003. The instructions say to go to the Tools menu and then to Letters and Mailings. However, Letters and Mailings does not appear on my tools menu.
