How in Off. 2003 Pro OUTLOOK do I display the To.. request for my CONTACTS in an E-mail in last name first sequence. I did this once by finding an article on Office Assistance, and can not find it again. Can anyone point me to the right place?

I have several levels of subfolders under my main contact folder. I want to send an email to a contact by doing: Action -> New Message to contact. and then select the receipient.

In Win XP Tablet with all updates (including sp2), in my Outlook 2003 with all latest updates (including sp1), when opening a contact and then clicking on the Activities tab I suddenly got the popup which said "Outlook cannot display this view. A folder by this name already

How can I remove the fax number and gain access to e-mail address's in outlook 2003? Because the ax number is listed in the display name I can not use the email address.

I've currently have two profiles configured in my Outlook 2003. I receive a prompt when I first run Outlook as to which profile to I want to operate with. I have two profiles because I use the Outlook to access both a business e-mail account, and a personal account.
