Hi, in Outlook Express I organized my contacts into groups but when I try to start an email, it won't autocomplete the names. Should it autocomplete the names even though the contacts are in groups? Mindy

We have shared folders for various types of contacts and have created new Master Categories that are not visible by other users with Owner permissions. Are Master Categories user centric or should all users with Owner permissions have the ability to edit a Master Category?

Is there absolutely no way to use Business Contact Manager with an Exchange Server? I don't want to have to toggle between two different profiles (Exchange vs. IMAP) just to use this program. Any feedback appreciated!

Contacts files my entries ramdomly, sometimes by last name, sometimes by first name. It doesn't seem to matter how I enter them, last name first or first name first. This is unacceptable, how can I fix it?
