I have a folder with contact items. I want the contact
items to be arranged by catagories, and also be able to
sort by fields like last name state ect. without losing
the arrange by catagory setting. This will work in Outlook

Can I automatically add all people I reply to to my contacts in Outlook 2002?

Previously I have been able to list my contacts under my folder list on the
lefthand side of the page. I've upgraded to Office XP and can't seem to do
this anymore. Suggestions?

I entered all of my contacts in Excel, thinking that I could create a message
in Word and then mail merge it.  The word document has photographs and text.  
When I tried to merge the message went through minus the photographs.  Is it
possible to create the same message in Outlook ...

Hi, I am trying to send a distribution list with about 220 contacts.  When i
send it, it only gets sent to one person on the list and then returned to me.
I have tried a distribution list with just two email address in and this
worked.  Is there a maximum capacity for dl's? ...

I am using Outlook 2003 Business Contact Manager with all
the latest updates.  I like to use the Account History -
Add icon in the Account window to add/track tasks like
follow-up calls, send letter, check pricing on x, etc.

I bought Office 2003 Professional when it first came out
and now need to be able to add more than one contact to
each company entry in my Outlook contact database. I have
been told that the standard Outlook 2003 doesn't do this

I have synced my AOL Address book with OUTLOOK before but it does nothing
now. Does anyone have a clue what the problem might be?

With "Inbox" highlighted, I click on "New", then "To" to
see the "Select Names" screen.  I have 12 subfolders
to "Contacts" and several subfolders to those subfolders.  
However, when I click on the dropdown arrow, I see only

I have a Dell 1GHz runing Windows XP Profession. I am
using the Outlook 2003 that comes with the Office
Professional 2003 I installed.
My contacts are listed in alphabetical order by last name

If I create a contact for a company, for which I don't have an individual
name should I have the company name in the 'Name' field or just under
'Company Name'?

I am trying to find the setting that determines if Outlook
automatically inserts the - in phone numbers that are
inputted into Contacts. For instance, when I enter
5555555555 at times and on different computers Outlook

Can anyone suggest a way to change several contacts at
once?  A company has re-located and I need to change all
of the addresses for the contacts from that company.  I
need a way to copy the new address over the old address.
