Please explain how to store a seven digit US phone number.  No area code,
just the regular seven digits.

I have a bunch of contacts saved in Outlook and would like the print labels
from the (Avery 5160).  Any ideas on how to do that?

After clicking on the "to" button on a new email, some of

It's alittle bit annoying that those TDD numbers I entered in Microsoft
Outlook 2003..those TDD number did not get shown in the address card view.
There's a workaround ...I type in the HOME (or BUSINESS) field in this way:
(###) ###-#### (TDD).  

How does a delegate view multiple folders under the general contacts folder?  
I have shared my contacts, but my delegate is not able to see the folders I
have created in my contacts folder, even though I have given permissions to
all.

I've requested our Tech Support area to put a separate Contacts database on
the network and they have done so, provided me with a shortcut and I'm trying
to import contact info. from an excel file into the Outlook Contact database.

Outlook fills in contact information when I type a contact name that is
incorrect/outdated.  No corresponding contact exists in the contact list.  
How do I delete that entry so it doesn't show up in the future?  Or is there
a way to correct the entry?

Outlook inserts SMTP: in front of email address, and then refuses to send
emails with SMTP: in front of them

I need to import my Outlook addresses from an external
harddrive (Backup) but cannot find data folder.

All the sudden, when I am planning to compose a new email, and I click on the
"To" in the email, I can't bring up my Contacts list (which holds my email
addresses).  My Contacts List is still there, but I can't access it through
my email.
