I'm using Outlook 2000, for my contacts I have them categorized by Clients,
Work, Personal and so on....
On my Outlook shortcut I can see all the folders I've created  under
contacts.  When I go to new email and I click on contacts I notice not all of

address?  I want my laptop computer (wireless) and my PC to both use the same

My question relates to the potentiel existence of an ID field for each
contact, which would be generated when the contact is created. I could then

fields, Name and  e-mail address, but I got only the e-mail adress when I

For example, I need to delete all text in the "Title"  and "Middle"
(initial) fields on a large number of contacts, located in a public folder.
