Using Outlook 2000 SP3.
Whenever I try to scroll through the names in my contacts
listing the program locks up and closes.
Is there a way to delete the entire contact list?

I have a client who's default contacts folder doesn't keep
in sync with the drop down list...
ie...  When he goes to email someone he clicks on 'To',
the default contacts folder is selected, but there's names

The list of names in the Address Book is not as complete
as the list in Outlook 2000 Contacts.
Any suggstions for making them the same?

When I am in Word using the mail merge feature I do not

groups but when I try to start an email, it won't

I have copied my Outlook.pst file from one computer to
another, both using Outlook 2003 and Windows XP.
When I try to compose an email message on the computer to
which I have copied the PST file, I get this message:

How can I prevent Outlook remembering old email addresses that I have changed
when I send a blind copy?
When using "To" or "cc" the message goes to correct receipient but blind
copies go to their original address recorded and not to any subsequent

When i type a contact name into Full Name section, like John Doe,.the file
gets stored as John Doe but i want it stored as Doe, John.  Is there a
setting i need to change to make this happen?
