I can't figure out how to hide the list of names in a group mailing. I have to know this immediately! I cannont mail to the group and expose names to all in group.

How can I do a personalized mass email in Outlook 2002 or Outlook 2003? In snail mail, I used to export my list to excel, create the mailing piece in word and link to the excel file.

In the contacts of Outlook, the first letters of words in the "middle" field that are typed in are automatically converted to capitals. So John van Horn becomes John Van Horn. This is not to European standard. Is there a way to switch off this fearture?

I have set up a process in which a database is imported into a Contact Folder, sorted by Category. Once in Outlook I I'm able to select all or random entries, click on the New Message to Contact option and the entries will appear in the To field of the message.

1) Must I set up another User and create the contact list there? Right now I have a host of volunteer team workers in my contact list. I want them to have their own place outside my primary contact list. 2) Also, can an email address be shared by the Administrator and another User?

Have just upgraded my motherboard & have clean installed both WinXP Pro & OfficeXP to the last partition on my 2nd harddisc. I setup Outlook, closed it then overwrote my pst file from the previous install. It complained about the Outlook bar but just defaulted it. I got

How to arrange contact names Alphabetically within categories? The categories are listed alphabetically but the names appear in order of entry; difficult to locate without using the "find" box.
