I'm running Outlook 2000. Can I make a rule to delete any incoming email
that isn't from someone in my Contacts?

Due to a virus, I had to re-install Windows XP/Home including Outlook 2000.  
Prior to re-install, I copied all files with Roxio EZ CD/DVD.  After
re-install, I copied all data files, including Personal Folders .pst to a
special file in My Documents thinking that I could import ...

I constantly have to get maps and directions on-line  (Map-Quest, expedia
maps) or using Streets and trips)when I create a new contact or schedule a
appointment.
I wonder why there isn't an option using outlook to automatice this

how do I add another source for addresses when I am creating an envelope. The
only one that comes up is microsoft outlook

....but I see my contact listing from "Outlook Today".

If I want to do a mail merge, it appears I have to do it one folder at a
time. If I have subfolders, is there any way to go to the top-level folder
and include everything below it? Actually, maybe the real question (since

Need to be able to select whether I want the fax nummber shown in the e-mail
address book.  I don't, it stupid to show a fax number for the e-mail address.

I want to display the e-mail addresses of all of my Contacts with their name,
followed by their e-mail address.  Currently they display as just their name.
Is there a way to change them all at once or do I have to continue opening
each contact and changing them individually?

I have an email message with hundreds of email addresses in the "To" field
and I'd like to add all of these emails to my contacts without having to
select each contact individually.  Is there a way to add all of these easily?

Have just installed Outlook 2003. I no longer can find the address/contact
list, and I can not find any of my e-mail that were in my Inbox. Does any
body have some words of wisdom.

I tried to restore my data in my pda, and it cleared out my contacts except
the ones put in the past few months.  Now I clean al  I can up from the
Jordana, and it doesn't have enough stpace to restore, and my PC contacts
list is now incomplete. I do have a .dbe file from 3 month ...

Sometimes my Outlook remembers an address I have entered before, sometimes
not. Is there a way to have it remember every address I have ever entered or
that has sent email to me?

I want to be able to synchronize my contacts with someone else's email, so

I upgraded to Outlook 03.  My companys "global contact" list comes up as a
default when I search for name but "my contact" list does not show up even
though all the contacts are listed under the contact list.  "My contacts" do
not show up under "show names from the" drop down ...

I have a small database of email addresses that I'd like to past into
