I would like to be able to go in my contacts, open one and click on a button
that has a custom word template that I made to be able to send out letters to
them.  Is this possible, if so, how can i accomplish this?  I saw the
'action' button that allows you to make a word document ...

In My Contacts there are several folders which are now empty.  How can I

auto completing the new email address (for the same person with the same
