I have a database of some 600 contacts, and I want to add the same extra

I use access linked tables to get contact information from outlook. i
use the "fileas" field as the key for joining against other databases
(quickbooks for example)
everything worked great in outlook xp.

I know I'm being old fashioned, but I actually use Outlook 2000 to manage a
mail (as in post office and stamp) list. I've created a 'distribution list'
to set them off from 'all' my contacts, but I cannot get 'home address' to
show up as a 'field' w/in the distribution list ...

When I am drafting a new message and I click in "To:", I cannot see my
contact list that I imported from Outlook Express.

When I select Contacts from the view pane nothing happens. I have deleted and
re-added the address book but this did not help. If I go to "GO   Folder
List" I am able to get into my contacts.
I would like the Contacts button to call up my Contacts again.
