I use access linked tables to get contact information from outlook. i use the "fileas" field as the key for joining against other databases (quickbooks for example) everything worked great in outlook xp.

I know I'm being old fashioned, but I actually use Outlook 2000 to manage a mail (as in post office and stamp) list. I've created a 'distribution list' to set them off from 'all' my contacts, but I cannot get 'home address' to show up as a 'field' w/in the distribution list ...

I just got my new laptop and installed my Outlook 2003. I have now noticed that when I type in the 10 digit phone number, the area code no longer becomes enclosed in parentheses. It did not do this on my old laptop with the same application.

When I select Contacts from the view pane nothing happens. I have deleted and re-added the address book but this did not help. If I go to "GO Folder List" I am able to get into my contacts. I would like the Contacts button to call up my Contacts again.

How do I create an e-mail distribution list in Business Contacts or Business Accounts in the new Outlook 2003? I can create the e-mail distribution list in contacts, yet will need it more with business contacts than personal.
