I always end up with a blank page after using mail merge. The boxes for the
labels are there but no address.

My office has just migrated from Groupwise to Outlook.  
If you don't add a new entry to your contact list, is there a way to view
the addresses you have emailed in the past?  In groupwise, there is a

I have subfolders under contacts but cannot see the contacts in these
subfolders after upgrading to Outlook 2002.  How can I access these contacts

(Win XP/ Office 03 config).
I get as far as the Word 3 step Mail Merge manager (looks like the dialogue
