I have some data in Excel (1200 records) containing FirstName, LastName,
Email address. I want to create an Outlook distribution list, but an error
keeps coming up when trying to import the file. A problem with the Excel

I am using Microsoft Outlook 2002 on a network.  When I add categories in
Public Files; the categories only appear on my computer; not on other peoples
computers on the network.  How can we assign categories that will appear on

Is it possible to change the order of the address lists in
the Show Names from -list. E.g can you have contacts in
the beginning of the list? Usually they are in the bottom,
but I had them at the top in one client until I removed

address lists when sending to a group of people.  Instead it allows all to be
seen.  Recipients complain that half to a whole page is wasted when printing

I have a user that aren?t able to open a DL in his Outlooks Contacts folder.
I suspect that the DL contains to many recipients. But why has he been able
to create it? What is the maximum amount of recipients that can be put in a
DL in contacts. Is this amount adjustable somewhere.

I am going crazy with no complete address book; all 3 of my computers have
some of the same, some different.  I have tried to export them (2 computers
are on a network), tried putting them on a disk, cd etc. I just can't get the

In Outlook 2000, I had an icon in the Shortcut bar for a contact folder
that's in a Public folder.
