I would like to add custom fields to store the types of vehicles a customer
buys. and add these fields to the main contacts form. and Apply these setting
to all existing contacts in a specific catagorie.

I use Outlook 2003 with SPI installed.  I notice that when I receive a vCard
that has information displayed in the "Notes" area, that information
disappears when I save the contact (though I could see it before it was saved
to my contacts). This didn't happen with Outlook 2000 or ...

In a new message click the "TO" box on the form that comes up... the upper

I am trying to sync Outlook (2003) contacts with Nokia 3260 but Outlook
appears to be preventing the access. I intermittently get the message 'A
program is trying to access email addresses you have stored in Outlook Do you

Have just moved client from Outlook XP to Outlook 2003 and did a clean
install having backed up existing data to .pst file.
User is also now attached to exchange server.
User was able to open backed up .pst file and copy all of here old data

I have defined a Yes/No user-defined field in the top-level contacts folder.
I have another level of folders beneath it. When I defined the field, I
defined it to apply to all subfolders beneath, and indeed I can add and view
those fields in all folders.

When I open a new window to send an e mail in Outlook and click on
