I'm using Windows Office Outlook 2003, and can't figure out how to do something that I would think would be integral to a product like this. Is there an easy way to create a distribution list of all contacts with a specific category listed in there contact information?

In a new message click the "TO" box on the form that comes up... the upper left hand corner says "Show names from the" with a drop down box. I want to change the order in which the lists appear or change which list is the default list.

Have just moved client from Outlook XP to Outlook 2003 and did a clean install having backed up existing data to .pst file. User is also now attached to exchange server. User was able to open backed up .pst file and copy all of here old data

I have defined a Yes/No user-defined field in the top-level contacts folder. I have another level of folders beneath it. When I defined the field, I defined it to apply to all subfolders beneath, and indeed I can add and view those fields in all folders.
