I would like to add custom fields to store the types of vehicles a customer
buys. and add these fields to the main contacts form. and Apply these setting
to all existing contacts in a specific catagorie.

I use Outlook 2003 with SPI installed.  I notice that when I receive a vCard
that has information displayed in the "Notes" area, that information
disappears when I save the contact (though I could see it before it was saved

In a new message click the "TO" box on the form that comes up... the upper
left hand corner says "Show names from the" with a drop down box. I want to

Have just moved client from Outlook XP to Outlook 2003 and did a clean
install having backed up existing data to .pst file.

I have defined a Yes/No user-defined field in the top-level contacts folder.
I have another level of folders beneath it. When I defined the field, I
defined it to apply to all subfolders beneath, and indeed I can add and view
those fields in all folders.

When I open a new window to send an e mail in Outlook and click on
the "To" button, the Contacts window opens with the contacts listed by first
name.  I have the names listed in the Contacts by last name. Is there a
