so i'm looking at a great article on the NY Times site, and would like to
sent to a friend - i click on "email to a friend" and of,course, it asks for
friend's email address and my address.............. is there a way or program
that will easily let me do this or must I minimize, ...

My Outlook seems to automatically add the email address of all received email
into my Contacts and address book. Does anyone know how to change this
setting?

Custom Views, Custom Fields, Sort by clicking on the view's Column?  I'm
talking about the local address book on my computer, not the one on the
exchange server, but if you want to keep a replica of it there for backup,

Using Outlook 2003.
I need one large distribution list that includes contacts in three smaller
(and unique) distribution lists.  Can I include these DLs as "contacts" or
"names" in the large DL that has other single contacts as well?

Is it possible to add a list of contacts to the global address book when
replying to an e-mail in Outlook?

I need to share a contact list with other users.  The other users are
"novices", so the easier the better.  I tried dragging the contact list to an
e-mail and having the user drag and drop into their Contact folder, but it
doesn't work.  Any ideas?

I have recently upgraded from Office 2000 to Office 2003 Professional
edition.In the past I was able to access the address book from Word without
having Outlook as the default for E-mail, contacts etc.Now with 2003 I cannot
access the address book from Word unless Outlook is set ...

We attach a distribution list in Outlook 2003 by clicking and dragging when

When I try to send an email, I hit the "to" button and get error message
stating that folder is not there..Another box pops up and there are no names

up...This is the onloy why I can get my contacts to come ...
