I have 2,300 of Contacts, and from time to time I will search through them

i am gathering email addresses, trying to ideally set up database
with following fields
organization/ church name, webpage, church phone, postal code,
ministry area, if they're a leader or vollunteer, name, actual email

I have a new PC with Win XP Home and Office 2003 Pro. I wish to use Outlook
2003 Contacts as my Word 2003 address book. However, when I click 'Insert
Address' in Word, I only get my email address book - not my full Contacts
address book with mailing addresses, etc.

I need to keep track of whether i have received replies to emails sent via an
aged list of emails that have not received a reply.
Is there an add-in which supplies such a facility?

I have been reading various posts on related issues but none seem to hit
this one on the head.  Am using Outlook 2000 Internet Mail configuration and

A friend is trying to share his contacts with me. I received his invitation,
but I dont have the accept button, even thou I installed the complete version

Why has my Outlook 2003 created a second Contacts folder and how do I delete

I created a custom form and set it as the default in Properties.  When I
press "New" my custom form opens.  
The problem I'm having is with Importing information from Excel.  I go
through the whole Import procedure and it posts the data in the old form

Just looking for ways to sort specific categories to print & export them...
