When I add data to a calendar and try to print it ask if I have the Output
file.
When I open Outlook and check there are about 100 output files - what do I
Do to get a print of it?

My address are duplicated in my address book. One is for SMTP and one for FAX
- how can i get rid of the fax? (i don't use my PC for sending faxes).

When I create or import a personal address contact list with Excel for
example, names are duplicated with an email from an email address and an
email from a fax number, emailmanme@a/c&faxnumber?

I don't a backup .pst file but do i have the complete image of the previous
hard drive backed up.  Anyone know how to recover my contact list?

I have Word 2002 and Outlook 2003.  I tried to use the MailMerge wizard to
set up labels.  When it asks for recipients, I choose a outlook address book.
However, when I make the selection of the outlook address book, the Data
Link Properties window comes up...and certainly ...

Currently my distribution lists show the name and e-mail.  Is there a way to
have my distribution lists display the telephone number as well so that when
I print a copy of the distribution list it includes the telephone number.

I received a phone number on caller ID that I suspect belongs to someone in
my contacts list.  How do I find that name if I'm researching backwards from
the phone number?

I have cleared hundreds of obsolete contact addresses from my contacts file.  
When typing the beginnings of an email contact, the deleted items are still

I was viewing my contacts in table form and added a column and when I entered
information into this column, the addresses were gone when I went back to
address card view.  I only have phone numbers and e-mails now.  What happened
