I have several users that only access the exchange server mail from the web.
when they look for an address in their contact list from the address book it
only shows addresses from the global contacts. How do we get it to search
their personal contacts? sorry if this is a stupid ...

Wen viewing contacts with the reading pane turned on, I can't edit anything.

pops up when creating a new mail message.  The Name, Display Name, E-Mail
Address,  and E-Mail Type are the headers.  I would like the Company Name
instead of the Display Name or E-Mail Type.

I remember from previous Outlooks that I was able to create other "contacts"
folders - either as a subfolder of "Contacts" or a totally separate folder
(of "contacts" type). That way I was able to totally separate various
contacts - private, business, others.

I have a problem where a contact is in the contact  folder but when I click
new message and change to contacts it is not listed. If I then try to add
that email address to the contact folder it tells me I have a duplicate
listing. This is only happening to certain contacts not ...

Keep getting the same error message when I try to send an E-Mail!

I have lost my contact folder, I can open it in a new windows but does not
appears in the contacts folder. How can I restore it,

It seems like my autocheck names cache clears itself everytime I close outlook.
The only time it works is when I have already sent an email to a contact
suring that session.  Any ideas?

I have recently switched to Outlook 2003. I want to be able to create
subfolders in Outlook contacts like I could in previous versions of Outlook,
but I can't figure out how to do this. Can anyone help?

when I imoort contacts from an excel spreadsheet using a named range, the
person name and company come in ok, but the email address, eg jan@aol.com
gives me just one seemingly random letter.  the mapping seems ok

If I creat a Vcard and then mail it the recipient can see all of my personal
activities. This is driving me nuts! can anyone please help?

Hello.  I am using Outlook with two email addresses, one for personal use,
and the other for business use.  Is there a way to ensure that when creating
a new email, if the recepient is in the 'business' category, my business
email address would be used?  My personal address is ...

I do not want Outlook to automatically insert "United States of America" in
