I have a large Contacts list & a few Groups (Distribution lists). If someone belongs to a Group, I do not want them to show up on the general Contacts list also.

I have read the existing trails on this subject, so my question apparently is to Mircrosoft or some other gifted party. Is there a way to sort contact by the follow up date? Not, if they are to be followed up on, but the actual date, and time that was put in?

I created a contact form in outlook that is not associated with my contacts folders so when I create a new contact, my new form is used. However, all the old contacts still use the standard contact form. I there a way to direct all the exsisting contacts to use the new form?
