I have a desk top with Windows 98 and Outlook 97 My new Lap top is Windows XP
Pro and Outlook 2003. How do I move Info from Desktop to Laptop? I have CD
burner on both.

I have a large Contacts list & a few Groups (Distribution lists).
If someone belongs to a Group, I do not want them to show
up on the general Contacts list also.

I have read the existing trails on this subject, so my question apparently is

When someone's email address changes, whether they are a personal contact,
from the GAL, or a 3rd party address list -Outlook pulls up the old email
address from its name cache.

I created a contact form in outlook that is not associated with my contacts
folders so when I create a new contact, my new form is used. However, all the
