It would be helpful to be able to select a contact in outlook and create an
envelope directly from that contact rather than having to open Word.

Can I send a group of my email addresses to another person?

I had no problems importing all the other data from my lotus organizer v4.1
to my MS Outlook v2002 (10.2627.2625) except that only one of 714 contacts
transferred over.  How do I get all the Address files in lotus to transfer
into Outlook Contact files?

When a Contact's e-mail address is changed in Contacts, the "Update Now"
button in a distribution list does not update the contacts e-mail address in
the distribution list.  The change in the Contact also changes the Display

How do I have more than 3 email addresses in my 2003 contacts list. It seems

I delete my email only to have it all come back when I next check my email.

Hi, have just up dated to outlook 2003, great system but in my address book
if i list the fax number for a contact i end up with an STMP and a FAX entry
so when i do my bulk emails for my media clients i have all these fax lines i

When I delete or update contacts in my address book this should also cascade
to my mailing groups - but it doesn't.  This has caused industrial secrets to
reach unauthorised parties.
