I have an issue with some of my outlook 2003 users receiving contacts
forwarded to them from other users. It shows up as an attachment, but when
you click to open it, it just opens as a text email and not in the contacts
format that it does on Outlook 2k.

My default setting for the "File As" in Contacts is to use the First Last
naming, but when I import from Excel, the items default to Last First even
though the names are First Last and in one cell on the spreadsheet.  Is there
anything I can do to change this?

I have just started to learn about Outlook. I have Outlook 2K SR 1. I
want to use the contact list and run Mail Merge into MS Word.
At present I have my contact list without any folders. I set up a
folder called Family and moved several contacts into the folder. It

show up as an address book so I can click on "to" to select an address on a
new e-mail, and the box to check for contacts to show up as an address book

I have to do a mailing for a club that I belong to and would rather not have

I have changed jobs and my new employer uses Office 2000. I saved all of my
contacts, etc. using Outlook 2003 and have not been successful bringing them
in to Outlook 2000, which I currently have to use.

Can you put mutiple email adresses (100 +) into one contact name in the
contacts section of outlook? I need to forward emails to over 100 people each
time and would prefer to just press one button and for it to go to all email
addresses in that contact.

In Outlook 2003 there is a new feature called "person names smart tag". This
feature installs defaultly. We use PAB to keep addresses. If this smart tag
is enabled, no option for "add to PAB" comes whenever we right-click on a
"from" address in a mail received.

I know that Outlook remembers email addresses which seems to be seperate

I have Outlook Express 6.0. One day went to inbox and all old messages and

i imported an address book from excel - the contacts folder was set up for
last name, first name - they all came in like that.  I need to change them
back - and hopefully not 1 by 1 - any suggestions
