I would like to organize my contacts into different folders (ie: Customer,
Personal, Vendor).  Help!!

One of my users has the following problem. If he gets an email, right clicks
on the senders email address, selects "Add to Contact" then decides he does
not want to save the contact, hits "Cancel" the contact gets saved anyway,
this happens eventhough he selects Not to save the ...

I had the News button on my toolbar but for some reason it didn't work. I
then tried to put it back in the Go section under tools, customize but then
it disappeared.

When I try to synchronize my ipaq pda with my pc using activesync ,  the
contacts will not synchronize. I get an error message saying that I must
first set up a profile in outlook. A profile is already set up in outlook and
the pda and pc previously used to synchronize.
