Is there a way of setting this as a default in Outlook 2003? I can fix them one at a time, but its tedious! Can I amend all 880 contacts in one go to show them as a name only, as i could before in Outlook 2000, without their email address following?!!

can you add a folder to the address book and still be able to control who is able to see the folder in the address book? For instance, what if you don't want all of the staff to be able to see a particular folder that has been added to the address book?

When I have my contacts open and sorted by Categories, and I have one of the categories open, then click on the Field header (ie. full name), to sort just that Category, it sorts the entire Contacts folder, deletes the Categories and lumps all of my Contacts together.

I imported an Excel file with 48 contacts, formatted identically. Only 43 showed up in Outlook. Tried several times with same result. Both Excel and Outlook are from Office XP. Anyone have any suggestions?
