I am trying to add some additional fields in the contact information on Outlook so I can mail merge those fields onto a word document. When I create the fields, they are not listed in the mail merge in word. How can I get this done?

I have tried to import a spreadsheet with a list of contacts into Outlook and when it is complete, each field is in its own contact. For example, the first name, last name, address etc. each go in as a contact.

I work with 3 different mailboxes from our Exchange. 2 of the mailboxes have contacts in it. I would like to add all contactfolders to the addressbook. My problem is that when I want to add the contacts to the addressbook, I can only choose the contacts from my primary mailbox.

How do I save emails directly to activities of contact... I would like to do this when I wish to... I do not want to set it to do this automatically on every email that comes in. So far all emails I send out are saved directly to the activities of the contact
