How can I set a custom task form as the default from when I click "New Task

This custom form works in Tasks by default and is published.
Using Outlook 2000 with personal folders....no Exchange Server.

I am trying to add some additional fields in the contact information on
Outlook so I can mail merge those fields onto a word document.  When I create
the fields, they are not listed in the mail merge in word.  How can I get

We are installing MS Exchange 2003 and have not been successful in creating a
shared contact database with all of the users.  Any help would be appreciated.

I want to be able to set one of our shared contact folders to a specific

I have tried to import a spreadsheet with a list of contacts into Outlook and
when it is complete, each field is in its own contact.  For example, the

I work with 3 different mailboxes from our Exchange. 2 of the mailboxes have
