In 2002 I could open my By Category View, select a Category, and |Actions|New Message to Contact|and a new blank message would appear addressed to all Contacts in that Category. In 2003 there is no "New Message to Contact" under the Actions tab.

I'm in the Army and use Outlook 2000, I would like my Contacts to be my default address book. At this time it is what we call our global address book. The Global has about 25 other address books in it. This puts the Contacts at the bottom.
