Is it possible to export several (quite a many)
distribution lists to Excel or txt-file at the time? They
are in the same Contacts-folder.

When looking for a contact from a new message the contact names are listed
twice with both e-mail and fax numbers.  Would like only e-mail address to
appear.

I have Outlook 2003 on both my old and new comuter.  How can I copy my
Outlook contacts, Inbox and pst folders from my old computer to my new one?

I have 200 names in my distribution list and it won't send because one of
them is wrong.  How do I easily identify the wrong address?

When i open address book in Outlook 2003, all my contacts
show up regardless if they have an email address or not.
Some are not showing email addresses even if there is a
valid smtp address in the email field on the contact.

I am doing a mail merge in Word 2003 using my Outlook
2003 contacts.  The Job Title field does not appear, for

I am trying to merge my Outlook contacts with Word to create mailing labels.

I type the message, then click on the "To:" button.  That launches an
