We used to use POP3 mail from an NT server and the workstations were
using Outlook 2000 running on XP.
Now we have upgraded the server to 2003, and changed to an Exchange
2003 Server. We are also running Outlook 2003 on all the XP machines

when the sync software of my smarphone sonyericsson p900 try to access
outlook database, outlook asks whether you want to give access for 1,
3 or 10 minutes. the max is 10 min. these 10 min are not enough for
the sync to complete. HOW CAN I GIVE unlimited access to the sync

Hi - when using Microsoft Contacts in Outlook does anyone know how to find
and replace the prefix to a telephone number?  I want to replace a dialling
code such as 020 with +4420.
Any ideas?

outlook should have autocomplete linked to my address book like outlook
express does.
also when I reply to a name that is not on my address book it should
automaticly add it, also like outlook express does.

I am using Outlook 97. How to backup/restore the Contact information to the
Outlook XP ??

I recently got a new computer with Outlook 2002. I moved my O2K outlook.pst
file to the new computer, but now the "select members" button on the

Does anyone know how to get the WinXP Pro Address Book to display its entries
by LastName, Firstname order?  I'm using the MS Office Outlook 2003 Contacts
with WinXP Pro.  The "File As" field in Outlook is set for Lastname,Firstname
order, but the Windows Address Book still ...

How do I change the default contact folder the comes up when I try to get
addresses for email... I have several My Contacts folders.

I am trying to set up Outlook to automatically save the addresses of the
people that I respond to through email. I cant figure out how to set it up.
