I have a shared group folder for contacts. When i highlight my name and click the activity tab it displays all of my mails, calendar entries etc. How can I hide these from other group employees?

We can sort names in contact but cannot do so in our address book. Names are by default sorted by first name. I would think that most people are use to using a phone book were names are sorted by last name. Most people sort by last name in their business index. Why can't we ...

I use Outlook 2002. I have categorized a number of contacts with the category selection Holiday Cards. How do I find this part of the contact list when I make labels with mail merge? Or, how can I otherwise make labels of those contacts in this category? Thanks, Vicky

I can add my email and the second I hit tab or enter it disappears. When I try to send a message to the contact it brings up his name @ a phone number. Help
