I have a shared group folder for contacts. When i highlight my name and click
the activity tab it displays all of my mails, calendar entries etc. How can I
hide these from other group employees?

I can add my email and the second I hit tab or enter it disappears. When I
try to send a message to the contact it brings up his name @ a phone number.
