In my Address Book, the display name of one of my contacts is mangled. Even though in the detail view the Display Name is "ABC Media, Inc.", the Display Name in the list view is "ABC Media@+1" and then thef fax number. Where is Outlook getting this from, and how can I fix it?

Anyone know of a way to syncronize the Contacts List between two computers? I don't want to merger the two lists, that would create massive amounts of duplicate entries, just add the missing entries from each List to the other. Thanks.

When I need to send a mail and start typing the e-mail id in the To/ CC/ BCC coloumn, it doesnt show a drop down list of addresses starting with that alphabet to whom mails have been sent. how can i enable that feature?

It's easy to link this table in Access, however, I want to search and sort on the "Categories" field. When I export the information from within Outlook this field is present. When I link to the table in Access it is not. What am I missing?

we have a client directory of 200. the users here are dragging and dropping the clients from the database into their own contacts folder thus removing the cleint from the databse. How can i prevent this from happing. Thanks

Whenever I try to insert a contact in an email (insert--object) I get an error that the "object could not be found". I deleted the frmcache.dat, but that did not seem to resolve the issue. Any ideas?

I'm trying to export a contact database to a file in order to email to another computer for use elsewhere. The problem is that my user defined fields are never saved. I can't figure out how this might be done. Any help would be appreciated.

I am unable to use a contact folder as an address book. I have installed the Outlook Address Book service (and closed and restarted Outlook), but the properties of the contact folder stilll do not allow the selection of it as an email address book...that checkbox is still greyed ...
