How do I merge all outlook contacts to mailing labels 5160?

I posted a msg re: counting contact names.  Someone
posted that the number shows in the status bar.  I don't
see that and can find nothing that gives me that info
(like under options?).  Using Outlook 2003

Would like to have a count of names in my address book as well as in the
various groups within address book.  Using Outlook 2003.

Does anyone know how to automatically set up a rule that adds reply message
recipients to the contacts or address book?

I am importing data from a CSV list into a custom form in an Outlook contacts
file.  The import always brings data into the standard form even though I set
the folder preference to my custom form.

How do I set MS Outlook to  automatically ad addresses of people I reply to,
to my address book?

I've been trying to export our address book from Outlook 2000 as a .csv file
so I can import it into Yahoo.  But the export function is greyed out.  Any

I have a large list of people in a spreadsheet file that I want to receive

Problem Statement:  Mary wants to share a distribution list of
approximately 1000-2000 people with 3 other people.  Mary and the
others are all using windows XP with outlook 2003 running on the
exchange server.

I'm new to Outlook 2003. I'm trying to set up a mail merge from Word and
Outlook. When I try from Word it wont allow me to use the selected Contact
Folder. When I try from Outlook it tells me to connect to using a Data Link??
The Mail Merge wizard is not helping out at all, ...

Outlook 2003 Contacts has 4 'user fields' labeled 'User Field 1' through
'User Field 4'.  Is it possible to change the field label?
