I just recently had to reload my system, and when I reloaded Office XP, I
found that when I compose a new e-mail no addresses will show. I can click
Contacts, or Address Book, and there appear to be no entries. When I am in
Outlook, I can click on and call up any of my contacts, ...

When entering a new contact , there is a drop down for Title choices for: Mr; Mrs; Prof; etc. Most of mine contacts need 'Mr & Mrs'. Is there any way of adding this to the list?

Does anyone know if there is a way to format a contacts address layout?
When I import an address from Outlook to, say, Word sometimes the city is
missing and sometimes the postcode is in the wrong place.
The address seems to be viewing OK in Outlook but I'm guessing that

I have imported contact into my second computer. My Mailing list did not
come with them. It was part of the contacts.

When I try to create a distribution list, there are no addresses to select. I
have over 40 contacts with e-mail addresses in my contacts. How can I access

contacts, only the contacts that have an E-mail address show up in the list
