When entering a new contact , there is a drop down for Title choices for: Mr; Mrs; Prof; etc. Most of mine contacts need 'Mr & Mrs'. Is there any way of adding this to the list?

Does anyone know if there is a way to format a contacts address layout? When I import an address from Outlook to, say, Word sometimes the city is missing and sometimes the postcode is in the wrong place. The address seems to be viewing OK in Outlook but I'm guessing that
