I'm trying to switch the order in which the contacts are listed after
pressing the to... button when sending a new message. Right now the select a
contact list is organized by first name last name. How can I change the list
to last name, First Name?

When I type a name into Outlook's To, Cc, or Bcc fields the auto complete
feature puts in some names that are long ago obsolete and no longer in my
contacts list.  I do not want to disable the auto complete feature - just
delete the unwanted email addresses from showing up.

I send emails to groups, but when the contacts open their email, everyone's
name/email address is displayed.  I only want the group name to be displayed.

I can't find this answer anywhere, but I have to believe
one exists. All help appreciated....
If I open a new mail, choose a name from my Contacts, and
click "To", the displayed name is the person's email
