I noticed a "missing" contact in my PDA. I know the record exists in my Contact file. I have located the record, but it does not display in Address Cards or Detailed Address Cards in my contacts folder. How do I get it to display?

Outlook 2002 my autoaddress function inexplicably ceased and i have been unable to locate cause. each time i turn computer off or hibernate, my cache of addresses disappears. rebuilding through contact book is inefficient.
