My outlook doesn't recognize distribution lists!! it used to but i am not
sure what happened. I tried even to create and save distribution list from
the beginning but it didn't work.. any ideas?

When sync'ing with my Toshiba E-400 and Microsoft Outlook, tasks and calander
sync's ok, but unable to sync contacts.

Can I get confirmation doesn't Sync with AOL.  I am trying to sync with AOL
instead of Outlook but can't.  Also, I would prefer to use Outlook as my
primary source of e-mail but can't seem to get my AOL mail to filter through
Outlook

I recently configured an outlook profile that was using a pop account with an

i have shared contact in public folder, i want it to be shown in my contact,
not in other contact, what shall i have to do .?

Every time I try to import my Adresses and Contacts from Outlook Express to
Outlook my Outlook Program shuts down and closes before this is complete.
What do you think is wrong?

I want to create a distribution list from my contacts list, give it the name
"undisclosed receipients" where no email address are displayed in the "To"
field.  In other words, like a BCC.  The "To" filed would only show the name
"undisclosed receipients"

My address book has multiple entries for each person.  It has a listing for
each email address and for each fax number.  This occured when I updated from
Office 2000 to Office XP.

My contacts are displayed in categories.  I must have 10 contacts with
"microsoft" in the title or within the text.  When I type microsoft into the
toolbar search box, it shows results: blank.  This behaves erraticly and
needs to be fixed.

I cannot seem to associate my outlook XP contacts with the address book.  My
Outlook.pst file is on another drive and not in the usual place established
during initial installation.  How can I accomplish this association?

I'd like to have the Outlook Categories be used on my Palm Pilot but each
time I sychronize, the Palm continues to show "Palm Pilot Categories" for
each contact.  These only appear in Outlook under the tab "All Fields".  Does
anyone know how to get these categories in synch?

Can I export my contact data to directly Filemaker Pro or EBase?

I am using Outlook 2000, corporate or workgroup SP-3. I went into services,
and checked display last name, first name, OK, apply.  Still comes up first
name in To: while showing last name, first name in Contacts list.  What am I
doing wrong?
