I have entered several new contacts and they are not showing up in the address book when I am choosing an address in Word to print an envelope or label. They also do not appear when I use the address book to choose a recipient for email.

When I click the "To" button in a new mail message, I get a message saying that my contacts folder associated with the address list couldn't be opened and that it may have been deleted. Is there any way to recreate the contact folder? If so, how?

My phone dialer will not add a "1" before toll free numbers (800, 866 and 888). I had no problem doing this out of Outlook 97. I've applied the dialing rules but the only way I can dial these numbers is to actually put a "1" there in every contact that has a toll free number.

The contacts that are in my mail address book automatically are added to my contacts in Outlook so that all I have on that contact is the email address. I want to stop those names from going to the contacts. How do I stop that?

We are importing contacts from a .csv file (into Outlook 2003). We have the folder default "File as" set to First Last. But after importing, the new contacts are filed as Last, First. Any ideas why this is happening?
