I want every new senders to be automaticly added to my contact list, How can
I do it?

I am trying to use the Due by field in the Flag for Follow up field to give
me alerts when it is time to call or email a contact. When I set this field
no alarm appears at the selected time as it does in Contacts with the
standard Outlook 2003.

I have 5 contact folders I am attemting to import from my old laptop.
(outlook 2000 on that one) The new one is 2003.
The "Contacts" folder works...one other subfolder works...but the other 3
don't.

I want to export and print addresses in several sizes and several formats
from O 2000.
I want to separate them into several types of entries - family, drs, etc.

I have the following problem. I made a DL and selected members from the GAL
and my personal contacts. When I opend the list yesterday the name-field from
my personal contacts was replaced by the emailaddress of the contacts. The
GAL members are ok. How can this happen?

i am now in charge of updating the office contacts. they are currenlty on
another user's computer and we are not linked. is it possible for them to
email me or somehow send the contacts as a whole folder, rather than one at a
time? when i try to save them the way they have been ...

When printing contact list, why does a "D" contact print both with the D's
and with the E's?

A feature that I have found missing in Outlook:
Sometime you receive an attachment from someone, and you wish to forward the
mail and the attachment to others, keeping the original sender updated about
the forward. It is impossible to do this without resending the entire message

I get an error that I have exceeded my teribytes when I try to add a new
contact.  I only have about 40 names in there now.

i did the repair and detect function with my outlook 2002. unfortunately, i
chose the restore default settings and consequently lost all my emaill
addresses in my address book/contacts. can someone please help me in
recovering my address book? i tried to find the *.pst file. i ...

from the right click menu. I get the prompt asking if I'm sure I want to
delete it and I say yes but the contact folder is still there. These were
contact folders created in Outlook 2000 and imported into Outlook 2003 with
the majority of them empty. Some get deleted but others ...

I tried importing contacts from excel and everything went smootly, but for
some reason it files all the contacts [LastFirst] instead of [Last,First].  
Its really annoying because I have to go through each contact and change it,
any idea how I can fix this?  I tried importing it ...

When exporting Outlook 2003 contacts to a .csv file, multiple lines in the
contact's Street Address cause a little square to appear in the cell next to
the first line. The problem appears to be caused by the hard return used when
creating line 2 in the Outlook contact's street ...

Is there a way to print only 1 category from the Outlook2003 contact list? I
thought I did it before but now i am not so sure. Any help will be greatly
appreciated

I am attempting to change the "file as" view all of my existing contacts to
company, last name, first name.  Is there any way to do it other than one at
a time?  Thank you.
