Yesterday my distribution lists were in outlook contacts and today they are
gone. Third time this has happened...any ideas? I hate to keep recreating
them.

I've just reinstalled Outlook XP on a new hard disc but cannot add my old
contacts into Outlook as the .pst extension isn't installed on my new
machine for some reason and so not recognised. Have downloaded SP3 but makes
no odds. Any advice before I try reinstalling Outlook.

The exported file to Access does not contain the street and town addresses.

laptop.  copied .pst file from desktop to CD but cannot iport into laptop.  
Attempts to do so result in " Access Denied - you do not have permission to

I'm trying to print a phone book with my outlook contacts. I only want
to print out certain items like phone number, birthday etc... In the
print menu I can choose the options "only selected items" but I'm
wondering where I can actually select those items...

I'm running OL 2003 on WIN Server 2003 standard edition.  When I create a new
mail message and select the "TO" box entries from the "Global Address List"
