When I went to set up distribution lists from names I imported from excel, anyone with a fax number showed up twice. The first one was the email, the second was a fax number. Who can I avoid this happening in the future.

What export mode do I use to be able to import my addresses into Outlook Express 6 from Outlook 2003? I think I've tried them all, but they do not get imported right into OE. Everything I import into OE comes into the field "Name" in the Addressbook.

I have had to reload WinXP SP2 and Outlook 2002. Previously, when creating a new email and clicking on the "to" button, the Select Names pop-up could be sorted. Now it just shows full names and not the file as field and cannot be sorted.
