I have to print lots of envelops (for greeting cards). The problem is when i want to print, there's no where on the page setup that i can choose "envelop." i just want to print on the envelop. I also can't adjust the margin as easily as i can in Excel.

How do you link spouse's names who do not have the same last name... I would link to have the names of spouse's who not not take their spouse's last name. Any help anyone has, would be apprecieated.

how do I get my .pst contacts to display when clicking "to". when in Outlook, when I click contacts I get my contact list. but when I "send a message" and click "to", it offers me a non-existent contact folder, with no names.

I have used Outlook XP previously where if I type a name in my "TO" field and a list of other names from my address book or from other e-mails in the inbox that match what I am typing it will appear automatically for me to select. I have a clean install of Outlook XP right now ...

When I type a mobile number in my contacts, Outlook considers the first two numbers as area codes and puts brackets around them. How can I stop this from occuring?

I have successfully imported all of my contacts from a .csv file and they have mapped correctly. The problem is that they show up under the contacts folder, but they do not show up in the TO: dialogue box when I compose a new email.

I have many old/incorrect email addresses that keep showing up as an automatic entry when I start to type in an email address into the 'To' line. How do I delete these email addresses and only have the ones that are in my address book to show up.

I know I can do a custom sort, but I should be able to sort just by clicking the categories button at the top of the contacts list in Phone List View.

In Outlook 2003, when entering the address for a new contact, by default, "business" is displayed. Since I am using Outlook for more personal contacts, I would like "home" to be the default. Can the default be changed from "business" to "home"? If so, how do I accomplish this?
