Is there any way to automatically add email addresses from email that is
received to my contact list?

Im using Outlook xp 2002 and the autocomplete feature
does not seem to work.
I've turned it on under tools (suggest names while
completing to, cc. bcc etc) but it still does not work.

When I go to the Address Book and select tools - options, I can not select my
Contacts list as the place to "Keep personal addresses in:" Does anyone know
how I can add my Contacts to the list of Address Books?

I have been trying to use my Address book contact in Outlook express and I
don't have the option in Mail Merge to use my Address Book.
Could someone please tell me how to do this?

I have Microsoft Outlook XP and used to be able to add additional contacts to
my Microsoft Outlook XP address book.  For some reason, I cannot add
additional contacts to my address book.  Suggestions and reasons would be
appreciated.  Thanks

Opening Outlook everytime I get error message:
someone is trying to access the addresses in my mailbox

I am pulling my hair out.  I have several contacts that I need to make the
same journal entry for.  I can't seem to get it.  I have tried to follow the
"Making a common change to multiple contacts" and it is not working.  Please
help.

How do I stop Outlook from displaying fax entries as an e-mail address?  
Every contact with a fax number presents as multiple e-mail addresses and I
will never use Outlook to send a fax.

I bought a new PC and i copied the .pst file of my previous outlook to this
one (both are Outlook 2003). The addresses were copied as well, but when i
write an email an click "To:" I get an error message saying that my address
book is deleted or moved. If i click on the contact ...

I've added contacts, but when I display their information and or view their
e-mail address it shows up as their (Firstname, Lastname) underlined. How do
I get it to display their full e-mail address?  
Ex:   fname.lastname@company.com

I have my adddress book configured to use my contacts. The problem is that
the Address book contacts are not synchronized with the contacts that is
selected from the left hand menu pane. So when I add a contact via the
contacts menu, it does not appear when I look for a "To:" ...

How do I get a printout of members of a distribution group to include phone
numbers and addresses as well as e-mail addresses?
If I can get such a list, can it be e-mailed?

We have outlook on our network. Have set up "public" folder.  It works in the
calendar fashion, but have not figured out how we can make a directory of
common contact information and share them.

Is there a way to rename the User Defined Field labels from User Field 1, to
my own description?

Cannot do this process because we get a message that some items might be
private.  Blocks the process.  When checking the contacts list being copied,
none are private.
Permission levels are set to owner level.
