I have a number of categories set in my 2003 Outlook contacts list. Some of the names are alphabetized and some are not in each of the categories. Is there a way to alphabetize all the names within a particular category? Thanks,

In Outlook 2000 you can insert an Item [an Outlook file] in the body of an email message. This feature is missing from Outlook 2003.

I am trying to use the outlook data source in the mail merge feature. When I choose it, I can only select my contacts. How do I get my boss' contacts to appear here, so that I can use those.

I see that it is possible to ask for a response for an individual contact, but haven't found out how to set it. It looks like a toolbar option, but I was unable to set that either.

After initial success importing Access 2002 records into Outlook 2002 as contacts, I am getting a repeated MAPI error (0X80070057??) and the import fails. The fields are correctly mapped and the import was working. Any help would be most appreciated.
